Terms and Conditions for the Alpin Apartments in Colfosco, Alta Badia

General terms and conditions and additional information for a carefree stay at the Alpin Apartments in the Dolomites of the sunny South Tyrol

Included services:
Prices are quoted as weekly apartment prices for the given maximum occupancy and include: final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi access, complete bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, water, heating, electricity, private parking and VAT. The local tax of 1.40 € per person per night is not included in the price. Children and adolescents under 14 are exempted from this tax.

Additional information:
- Possibility to use the washing machine (for a fee)
- Underground parking on request
- Pets are allowed (additional charge of 50.00 € for final cleaning)
- MIDWEEK CLEANING on request, EURO 40,00 per cleaning
- Our apartments are non-smoking apartments

Check-in: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out: It is advisable to have checked out of the apartments not later than 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Terms of payment:
Reservations will be confirmed only after receipt of a deposit to be transferred to our bank account.

At the Alpin Apartment House, you can pay by cash, debit card or credit card (MasterCard, Visa).

Cancellation policy:
Costs for the guest at the time of cancellation:
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
- Within 60 days of arrival: 100% of the total agreed rental cost
- Late arrival / early departure: 100% of the total agreed rental costs
We can only accept written cancellations!
Travel Cancellation Insurance: We recommend you to subscribe a Travel Cancellation Insurance.
